Norfolk Island Pro-Am Golf Classic

The annual Pro-Am Golf Classic is undoubtedly the highlight of the Norfolk Island golfing calendar. Held in August, you’ll have the opportunity to play with a professional golfer in a full and fun week. The event also includes daily social functions. The Pro-Am Golf Classic regularly sells out to local and overseas entrants.

The tournament comprises of two sections – professionals and amateurs. The professionals play a 72 hole stroke event for $17,500, while the amateurs play a 72 hole stroke / stableford event for over $13,500 worth of prizes. For the amateurs, the majority of the daily and overall prizes are based on stableford. However, there are a few major overall gross prizes to help keep the Classic’s tradition as the club’s major event.
